I'm confused whether I should pursue psychology or english in my undergraduate courses and what would be the best collages and career options in either. Any thoughts?

Hi Ayanti,
Psychology and English are great choices for a career. However understanding which one is better or worse is dependent on who you are as a person, your values, aspirations and innate skills. This will clarify which career is better for you.
Pursuing education in India-
In either case, you can choose to pursue both english and psychology at Ashoka, Krea, Symbiosis, or other liberal arts colleges.
Pursuing a single stream - Jadavpur University, JNU, Hindu College are great options.
Careers possible -
English - Journalism, Writer, Content Creator, Copy writer, Publishing
Psychology - Counselling, Human Resources, Training, Medical, Research
